Duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the wholesale retail store, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised environment

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

• Oversee opening and closing procedures

• Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies

• Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Promote value-added services and customer loyalty initiatives

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with wholesale and trade clients

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally

• Ensure staff provide knowledgeable product advice

• Manage stock ordering, replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts

• Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions to minimise shrinkage

• Oversee receiving and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management or logistics

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent sales and customer service orientation

• Good understanding of stock control and inventory management

• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends

• Knowledge of health and safety standards

Familiarity with the following:
